Village Underground as an organization has about five or six daytime stuff. We have a few GT managers that run the nighttime events. We have ten or fifteen bar people another ten or fifteen security people. We have pals with sound, engineers, lighting engineers, riggers, other technicians. So it is quite a big structure although almost everybody is freelance. So we just call them in when we have got shows on that we need their help with.
The people that work in these carriages are largely freelance people. They work by themselves. They work in small groups of two or three. And the idea is that they come here when they are small and when they grow and when they get bigger and more successful then they move on to other places. So it is an incubator space in that respect.
