Let’s pull the factories down
Pedro Ruiz Aldasoro
If there is any part of your city occupied by factories you should pull the factories down and wait. It is better to do that. Let’s do that. It is a good solution. Pull them down and do not do anything. And you will get spaces for artists or universities and things like that. I can not give you an advice how your city should go to the river. The best think is to pull the factories down. And wait.
It depends on demography if the city is growing or not. The pyramid of population falls down or jumps and you have more people. You have to discover how do you expect to change in 5 or 10 years and then the solution will come by itself. It is better to ask a question again and again than having just one quick answer. It is better to reflect. But my advice is to pull down.
