Some people say that connecting between the airport, the business district and the downtown - and is a the public transportation only for rich people. Some other people say: "Ah, we should connect the railway station and the centre of Paris with a new campus on the south of the city". And "maybe we could increase the intensity about some existing situation and existing campus", or "maybe making the urban fabric working very is another step". But nobody says "Okay, maybe it is a mistake, but we make that!". Sometimes we should make some mistakes. The mistakes could create reality at the end.
